The DBC Health App supports the implementation of the Documentation Based Care (DBC) Treatment Concept, a musculoskeletal treatment concept from Finland. The DBC Musculoskeletal Treatment Concept utilizes scientifically supported and clinically relevant guidelines to address pain and trouble related to musculoskeletal symptoms, and this application is one of the clinical tools that we implement to deliver these services.
DBC Health will assist you in locating a DBC provider in your area, and will also facilitate the communication between you and the treatment provider throughout the entire treatment process. The information and instructions relating to the DBC treatment timeline are presented in an easy to understand interactive format that relates to your individualized active treatment. The application assists the treatment providing clinic in delivering treatment events and training tasks, with associated reminders and confirmations, to help you accomplish the goals of the training plan that has been set out.
Via this application you will receive important reminders about your program, and you are also able to deliver important feedback to the treatment provider in the form of questionnaires, queries, and logbooks; keeping you both up-to-date on important details in the treatment process.
